I personally loved this app. It was clean, easy to use, and had lots of helpful features. I loved how you could see how to play the chords and hear it as well. It was easy to play along with and learn with the way that it looked and ran. However, it does have a lot of improving to do. I did not like how few songs there were. The practices were very useful, and there were a lot of those, but you do them so quickly. It would be nice to have a lot more songs and practices. Another thing was that the options to pluck the strings were only for the 4 strings. I would like to see more where you can put down fingers and pluck. Im not saying I dont like this part of the app, Im just saying that I would like to see more. I am very hopeful for the future of this app, and will keep it downloaded so that I could wait for updates. I would also like to suggest a feature: since it was so nice and useful using the screen with the chords and strumming pattern, I found a lot easier and faster to learn songs. I think it would be a nice feature if users were allowed to put in songs or make their own, by possibly putting in the chords, putting them in the right order for when it should be played, and a strumming pattern. Maybe there can even be a way to make your own practices if you need to work on switching between different chords. I feel like it would be a great help to my playing if I could put in my favorite songs and my own. I would be so happy to see this feature. Thank you so much for the great app! I would highly recommend to download right away.

APPENDED REVIEW: 2/7/2017. There have been no Updates on this app for about 2 years now. It wont even open anymore. Dont bother downloading it, save your space for something that works - (like Riffstation) I enjoyed this app while it was useful, and I miss it! EUM Labs, please either FIX IT or remove/replace it, Thanks. ~2015: OK, sure: its not perfect. It starts out free, but you need to buy the GOOD songs. However, you can check in and for every five check-ins you get a ticket, good toward the purchase of songs. There are some great strumming patterns & practice exercises, also some beginning fingerpicking! Come on now, be fair: before you judge, make sure you look at the features of an app thoroughly & give it a proper chance! I have been playing for a little over a year now & some of the features of this app are more useful than I found them to be earlier on. I still use it almost daily. Thanks EUMLab!

This app was pretty good for the first 15 minutes I used it. Well, after that amount of time, it glitched and everything on my phone is too. When I get on it, it freezes then crashes. I reset my phone, checked for updates, and restarted the app multiple times and no help. I might delete the app, but I have hope that itll get fixed.

Worked when I initially purchased and no issue charging for songs... App crashes and is completely unfunctional. SCAM. This developer is a thief! Avoid at all cost. ZERO STARS.

I love this app!! Makes it so easy to learn & play Ukulele!! Just a few bugs when I updated, I lost few songs that I purchased with tickets but its no big deal...

Good app for a beginner. It helps you work on chords and strumming while following along to the beat. Combine them yourself as you get better. My two suggestions for improvements are: the songs that it comes with do not sound like the actual songs as I know them - like jingle bells and the rating for every practice session is easy when actually some are trickier than others. Now if I can learn not to jam my finger in the strings when Im strumming there might be a song in there.

Brilliant! So many awesome exercises. Beautifully laid out. I have a feeling this will be an invaluable tool. Now looking forward to some new songs being uploaded!

The "practice" feature is INSANELY useful and interactive. This feature does not exist on any other app! Please bring more us more practice chords! Thank you for this app

I am surprise no one has reviewed this app. The sound from this app is a bit different from my concert size Ukulele but the technique is well demonstrated. Its easy to follow and the drum background made the tune sounds professional. I can already play two songs within the hour after I bought the ukulele. Its a must app to have! Thank you !

I work at sea.. This is my go to travel companion for learning the UKULELE!! Id like to see some Jack Johnson songs? Or Matt McHuge from the band, The beautiful girls.. Anything with a SURF ROOTS style? The practice section on this App it the absolute best!! The right hand finger picking is totally what I was looking for and the chord dictionary is perfect!! More songs please!! I just worked out bob Dylans Dont think twice using your chords found in tgd practice section!! Awesome!!! Love this app!! I would of given you all the stars but I dont want you to stop making this perfect app even better each update!!!

I had no prior knowledge of ukulele and this app taught me how to play! I love the classic songs and the new pop songs in the list. I can even record my session! Great app! Thanks to the developers!

Love everything about it. Strumming patterns, changing the key, playback, and it goes on. Nothing bad to say, but I would recommend adding some more songs, especially by Train. Overall its great!

I have no knowledge when it comes to reading music or playing an instrument. This app shows me exactly what to do, it lets me play with music and I can slow it down to whatever temp I want. I can keep looping part of the song that needs more practice. The only complaint I have is that they dont have all the songs I want to learn.

Very useful app especially if you are just learning how to play ukulele. Also has a great interface. On the other hand, there is a very limited quantity of songs. They need to fasten up; then rating could be increase up to 5 starts.

Beautiful app, its the first version so it has to be improved, but keep on working guys! For me now, 4 stars!!
